fix(tallyReceive): 提高最大上传图片数量限制

- 将最大上传图片数量从10增加到100
- 更新图片数量显示为动态变量maxNum
- 适配tallyReceive页面和operate页面的图片数量显示
- 将环境变量ENV设置为正式环境production
