Populate LySku.BatchFormat from BatchSn (JSON or fallback items).
Add fourDigitRegex to handle 4-digit ziying batch codes as "XX+".
Remove the unused Batch field and its initialization.

Add Batch and BatchFormat fields to LySku and BatchFormatItem type.
Populate Batch in InitSkuData and invoke GetSkuBatchFormat in
LyGoodsDetail. Implement GetSkuBatchFormat and getSupplierBatch to
parse batch JSON or read supplier optional batch codes from Redis and
map them to human-readable labels

Set IsZiying to 1 when supplierId == 17 and Canal is one of L0018319,
L0018562 or L0003270; default to 0 otherwise
